Thursday Oct 29 2026 SPY SPX ES Actionable Levels
$SPX consolidates on FOMC & defends key supports. Can $SPY build on this tomorrow?
In yesterday’s letter, we wrote:
For tomorrow, we’re closely watching the key SPX levels of 7658, 7684, 7736 and 7753. As long as key supports hold on any major FOMC spikes down we want to keep finding areas to long. Preferred entries are dip & defense at 7702..if we push on through 7736 without retesting lower that is also bullish and opens targets at 7753, 7774…”
This is what happened. The market showed resilience today, defending lower supports. We did not have to test 7702, as we opened with a drop to low of day at 7718.37, which indicated strong buying interest. From there, we managed to push through the critical level of 7736, leading to a consolidation phase before launching to a high of day at 7758.43, just above our target of 7753. $SPY ( ▲ 0.34% ) $SPX ( ▲ 3.12% ) $ES_F ( 0.0% )
See how well the levels work?
A CRM so smart, it updates itself.
HubSpot's CRM is so smart, it now updates itself. Calls get logged and summarized the moment they end. New leads get researched and a first outreach drafted, automatically. Deals move forward on their own, with next steps flagged before you have to ask.
Even the one repetitive task you've been meaning to fix can now run itself, no code required. Customers using it are already seeing the difference.
This isn't the CRM you have to work hard to figure out. It's the one already working before you log in.
Now, as we look ahead, the bullish momentum remains intact, but how do we navigate potential volatility? What levels must we hold to maintain this upward trajectory, and where could we see possible pullbacks?
More in the trade plan below.
Below, we’ll cover the actionable levels, how we played them today and what they mean for the next session.

The defense of lower supports and the ability to push through 7736 without retesting lower levels was a strong bullish signal. Always trust the levels.
Now we are sitting in after hours right on the key 7724 support level. What does this mean and where do we go from here? Read below for our trade plan which includes actionable support & resistance levels, outlook for the next session and today’s trade recap.

Trading Plan
Today marked a solid .3% move higher amid FOMC volatility.
Looking forward to tomorrow, we have PCE and GDP data scheduled for release before the market opens, along with key employment figures that could greatly influence market direction. Staying nimble and ready to adjust our strategies will be essential.
We are receiving some great questions from beginners. This is helping us develop guides for this group as well as the course. More to come but we’ve created a separate channel in the discord just so you don’t have to be shy about bringing those questions to the group. No question is dumb, we grow stronger together!
In fact, we’ve created this single resource as a guide. It is a living document and we will continue updating it. You must be logged into the site to read it:

As readers know trading after a massive move in either direction is risky.
Trying to predict when trend will break is a fool’s game because the trend can be stronger than you ever realize.
Going with the trend is hard because it has already run so far (or dropped) and move may be close to over.
All you can do is pick your entries carefully and with proper position sizing. Trading out 1-3 DTE or further also helps soften the blow.
Yes it will decrease the amount of profit but will greatly help keep you in a trade long enough to see return.
For tomorrow, we’re closely watching the key SPX levels of…
