Monday Nov 9 2026 SPY SPX ES Actionable Levels

$SPX gets the bounce after the crash. Is it enough for $SPY to build on and where must it hold?

For tomorrow, we’re closely watching the key SPX levels of 7287, 7330, 7360 and 7402. Until multiple levels above us bounce back above and hold, we’re reluctant on the long side, so the immediate bias is neutral-to-cautious. Long entry scenarios are contingent on upside recovery — if we can bounce up through 7360 and hold it, a very cautious long can be tried through 7380 and 7402, with upside targets at 7431 and 7457.”

This is what happened. Early on, we saw a strong move up through 7360, which was pivotal for establishing a bullish sentiment. The low of day was 7369.55, and from there, the market pushed aggressively through 7380 and 7402, reaching a high of day at 7444.2. Then we consolidated around 7402 until a dip into the close. $SPY ( ▲ 0.31% )  $SPX ( ▲ 6.21% )  $ES_F ( 0.0% )

Solana Crashed 80%—Here’s Why We’re Buying Now

Solana’s price collapsed. Its network didn’t.

While the chart looks ugly, the fundamentals tell a different story: dormant wallets are waking up, app revenue is climbing, stablecoin supply has hit $15B, and institutional ETF inflows remain strong. Lower inflation and the Firedancer upgrade are next.

Stop guessing the bottom. Our free Solana guide lays out the full thesis, key metrics and risks. Enter your email and it’s yours.

Now, as we look ahead, we need to consider whether this defense can be sustained. While today’s bounce was a welcome relief after yesterday’s selloff, how will we react to the upcoming data and speeches? What levels should we keep an eye on Monday?

More in the trade plan below.

Below, we’ll cover the actionable levels, how we played them today and what they mean for the next session.

The ability to hold above 7360 pointed the way. This led to a push through subsequent resistance levels, crucial for today’s rally. Always trust the levels.

Now we are sitting in after hours right on the key 7377 support level. What does this mean and where do we go from here? Read below for our trade plan which includes actionable support & resistance levels, outlook for the next session and today’s trade recap.

Trading Plan

Today’s session saw a solid .3% bounce after yesterday’s sharp selloff.

Looking ahead to Monday, we will have at least three FOMC members speaking throughout the day, along with CPI data scheduled for Tuesday. These events will be critical in shaping market sentiment, and traders should prepare for potential volatility.

We are receiving some great questions from beginners. This is helping us develop guides for this group as well as the course. More to come but we’ve created a separate channel in the discord just so you don’t have to be shy about bringing those questions to the group. No question is dumb, we grow stronger together!

As readers know trading after a massive move in either direction is risky.

Trying to predict when trend will break is a fool’s game because the trend can be stronger than you ever realize.

Going with the trend is hard because it has already run so far (or dropped) and move may be close to over.

All you can do is pick your entries carefully and with proper position sizing. Trading out 1-3 DTE or further also helps soften the blow.

Yes it will decrease the amount of profit but will greatly help keep you in a trade long enough to see return.

For Monday, we’re closely watching the key SPX levels of…
