Friday Oct 30 2026 SPY SPX ES Actionable Levels
$SPX consolidates with multiple defenses right at key supports. Is $SPY set to lose more ground tomorrow?
In yesterday’s letter, we wrote:
For tomorrow, we’re closely watching the key SPX levels of 7658, 7689, 7703 and 7761; nothing has changed structurally so the bias remains to the upside and we want to continue finding areas to long on defense of lower supports. Entry scenarios include a long on dip & defense at 7703, 7689..”
This is what happened. Today we successfully defended key support at 7703 multiple times, which allowed us to rally to a high of day at 7732.21. However, we later encountered some selling pressure, leading us to test our downside support RIGHT at 7689, where we found buyers again, marking a low of day at 7690.94 before bouncing back into the close at 7720. $SPY ( ▼ 0.38% ) $SPX ( ▼ 15.13% ) $ES_F ( 0.0% )
See how well the levels work?
A Single Typo Shouldn’t Cost You a Sale

A shopper types “running shos” and gets nothing back. Another types “red waterprof trail runners under $150” and hits the same wall. Both knew what they wanted.
Traditional site search relies on exact keyword matching, leaving shoppers stranded at “0 results found” screens.
Gladly understands what shoppers mean, typos and all. Instead of a dead end, they get products that fit what they asked for and a conversation that keeps them shopping.
Now, as we continue to hold above significant support levels, the question is: can we maintain this upward momentum? What levels will we need to reclaim to ensure that the bullish bias remains intact?
More in the trade plan below.
Below, we’ll cover the actionable levels, how we played them today and what they mean for the next session.

The defense of 7703 proved critical, revealing a high likelihood of a move higher. Always trust the levels.
Now we are sitting in after hours right on the key 7672 support level. What does this mean and where do we go from here? Read below for our trade plan which includes actionable support & resistance levels, outlook for the next session and today’s trade recap.

Trading Plan
Today’s movement reflected a consolidation phase, dropping .3% on higher data-induced volume, indicating that traders were absorbing the information before making their next moves.
Looking ahead to tomorrow, we have Chicago PMI data scheduled right after the open, along with at least two FOMC members speaking throughout the session. These events could impact market sentiment, so it’s important to stay alert and ready to adjust our strategies accordingly.
We are receiving some great questions from beginners. This is helping us develop guides for this group as well as the course. More to come but we’ve created a separate channel in the discord just so you don’t have to be shy about bringing those questions to the group. No question is dumb, we grow stronger together!
In fact, we’ve created this single resource as a guide. It is a living document and we will continue updating it. You must be logged into the site to read it:

As readers know trading after a massive move in either direction is risky.
Trying to predict when trend will break is a fool’s game because the trend can be stronger than you ever realize.
Going with the trend is hard because it has already run so far (or dropped) and move may be close to over.
All you can do is pick your entries carefully and with proper position sizing. Trading out 1-3 DTE or further also helps soften the blow.
Yes it will decrease the amount of profit but will greatly help keep you in a trade long enough to see return.
For tomorrow, we’re closely watching the key SPX levels of…
